Dear SH Son Thank you very much for reporting the problem with shipment lots 2024.05 1. We would like to explain the problem of HDMI having 100% visual cosmetic issue : Because on Apr/2024, MFG has discovered a functional error in the HDMI cable, and has requested the supplier to sorting 100%, to prove the pass result, it must be remark white dot HDMI cable ( next time we will remark in another location). 2. One more, Pls help re-confirm the HDMI cable function NG – No signal on the TV => have white dot on the HDMI cable? because as we confirm all HDMI after sorting function pass will remark like that. If possible, please send NG HDMI cable samples to us for further analysis by the vendor. 3. About housing issue, MFG and NWE vendor on checking defect issue and will provide root cause and corrective action on 8D report. Many thanks Rachel |

Hi Rachel, Thank you for feedback as my report. 1. Agree that. Please remark another location. 2. there is no white dot. Please see the attachment photo - I will send this defect HDMI cable and let you know the shipping information. 3. Ok. Please update 8D report after vender checking. Thanks SON |

Dear SH Son About Bottom cover bad weld line and bad gas mark issue : 1. Bottom cover have bad weld line issue : The Root cause is material issue, NWE will improve in the next production batch, We will update the improved status for this issue. 2, Botom cover have bad gas mark issue . Because we couldn't see the problem clearly, when we actually checked it, we didn't find the same issue as reported by customers. Therefore, we want Defect housing return to Vietnam for further analysis. Many thanks Rachel |
